- Camp cancelled by the Organizer: If we cancel the Camp for any reason not attributable to you, you may choose a full refund of sums paid (Deposit and Balance) or a transfer/credit to another Camp date.
- Proven illness/injury: If a participant cannot attend due to a medically certified illness or injury that reasonably prevents participation, we will refund the Deposit and any portion of the Balance not already committed to non-recoverable third-party costs (e.g., accommodation prepayments), or offer a transfer/credit.
- Visa/entry denial or force majeure: If you are unable to enter the host country due to an official visa refusal, border restrictions, or other recognized force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government-imposed travel bans), we will refund the Deposit and any Balance not already committed to non-recoverable third-party costs, or offer a transfer/credit.
Note: Where third-party suppliers (e.g., hotels) apply their own cancellation terms, their policies may limit refundable amounts. We will always act fairly and provide documentation of any non-recoverable costs upon request.

Requests to change dates, names, or package options are subject to availability and any supplier charges. We will do our best to help; administrative fees may apply.
9. Changes or Cancellation by Us
We may make minor changes to schedules, coaches, venues or activities where reasonably required (e.g., weather, safety, operational reasons). In the unlikely event of material changes or cancellation, you will be offered a suitable alternative, transfer/credit, or a refund per Section 7(1).
