J'ai eu l'occasion de participer à deux stages de beach volley et j'ai juste adorer ! J'ai appris beaucoup en technique et vision de jeu. Je fais du volley en indoor et je me suis vraiment rendu compte que le beach est un tout autre sport !! 2 sessions d'entrainement de 2h chaque jour pendant 1semaine et le perfectionnements techniques et phases de jeux m'ont totalement transformé. À mon retour sur Marseille j'ai gagné de nombreux tournois, augmenté ma vision du jeu, physiquement et psycologiquement... bref les stages sont hyper formateurs, permettent de progresser tres rapidement et ameliorent aussi vite tous vos points faibles.
