Example of the day
08:00–21:00
8h/9h - Wake up with the smile and start your day with a delicious French breakfast
9h30/12:00 - first Beach Volley training: stretching, jogging on the beach and of course Beach Volleyball
12:30/13:30 - Lunch time with other participants. Great quality of food and a little nap afterwords :)
16:30- 18:00 - Second training of the day, a lot of games and fun between the participants
19:30-21:00 - a great dinner to finish an amazing sports day outside by the sea.
21:30 - animation

How you should organize your stay in Lavandou ?
