Glutes Workout with a MiniBand

Today SportSpirit Beach Volleyball Camps coach is sharing with you a short workout with a mini band. 

This workout could be done in 1 or 2 rounds. Each drill should be made for 40 seconds with 15 seconds of rest in between.

If you're beginers in sport, we suggest you to make all the drills without any equipment.
If you prectice yourself regulary, use 5 kg medecine ball and a mini band for this training.
