Abs circuit without equipment for Beach Volleyball players

SportSpirit head coach proposes you to join an abs circuit without equipment.
This circuit could be done at home or outside.

It contains 8 different drills.
Each drill is 25 seconds with 20 seconds of rest in between.

Main focus is to improve the core strength which is important for Volleyball players.
