The best way to reach the place is to take the flight to Barcelona airport from your city and than take another flight straight to Grand Canaria.

How reach Las Palmas from the airopot of Grand Canaria:
Take the bus number 60 in front of the airport.
Buy you ticket for 2.70€ (one way) from the bus driver
It takes you around 25 minutes from the airport to Las Palmas
Temperature in February:
Around 19-20 degrees in the morning
Around 26 degrees in the afternoon
Around 17 degrees in the night (long sleeves are highly recommend)
The water in the ocean is still very fresh.
