Setting drills for Volleyball players

Today, the head coach of SportSpirit Beach Volleyball camps is sharing some great drills to improve your setting and to feel more comfortable with using 10 fingers set in the game.

We decided to make this video because there are a lot of players who are asking: How can I set better? Which kind of drills I can do by myself to improve my settings? etc.

We reccomend to make all the drills below with a medicine ball.

2 kg ball for male players and 1 kg ball for femal players.

If you have never particed before with a medicine ball, dont force yourself a lot and give your hands and fingers, some time to adapt. Also pay a lot of attention where you catch your ball, to avoid all the small noice accidents ;)
