BOOKING AND REFUND:
To book your spot at the camp, please follow these simple steps:
Start by filling out the application form located in the "BOOK NOW" section, at the end of the page.
Once you've completed and submitted the application form, you will receive an email confirming your reservation. Following this confirmation, you will also receive the camp contract and an invoice.
You have the option to make the full payment in one go or choose to pay in installments by providing a deposit. Please keep in mind that securing your place at the camp is only guaranteed upon receipt of either the deposit or the full payment.
The deposit must be paid within 10 days from the date you submit your application. the remaining balance must be settled no later than one month before your departure date. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
In the event of a serious illness confirmed by a doctor's prescription, the entire amount is eligible for a refund, 30 days before the camp.
